If you live in the Chicago or Milwaukee area you can exempt from shipping costs with a pickup location. What all is included?

Washing Instructions
-Use room temperature or cool water only for washing
- Remove eye assembly prior to washing (not waterproof)
-Remove Velcro padding prior to washing from the inside of the head
- Wash Velcro padding together or separate, place back inside once completely dry
- Use liquid detergent or fursuit detergent only
-Do not use powder or sheet detergent
- Paws, smaller tails, and arms may be machine washed (delicate cycle
recommended)
-If a stain must be removed, use stain remover directly to the area
-Heads need to soak thoroughly in a tub or bucket, occasionally agitating the soapy
water
- Avoid harsh scrubbing or coarse sponges unless necessary
- Rinse completely
- Dry in a well-ventilated area avoiding high heat (fan recommended)
- Put the eye assembly back, sometimes they are a tight squeeze!
Quick Freshen Up
- Use a fursuit spray or spray alcohol to areas that need a quick sanitize
- Avoid spraying the eyes
- Feel free to use your favorite perfume/cologne or fursuit scent as desired! (yarn
areas preferred)
Care Instructions
- Store in a well-ventilated area (recommended)
- Avoid friction to the eyes, this can cause gold or paint to flake
- Avoid Velcro on fabric surfaces
- Avoid pressure or blunt force to the ears or extremities in storage or transportation
- Avoid pulling on teeth, nose, and other extremities or they could pop off
- Avoid pushing the eyes too far into the head, this puts strain on the lashes
- Most importantly… HAVE FUN!!!
