Terms of Service

Please read my full T.O.S so you know what to expect when working with me. Please note that this documentation is provided to protect both you and me from complex circumstances. By commissioning me or purchasing a premade, you agree to my terms of service. ALLERGY WARNING. I have two cats and a dog.

• All items sold by Plushie Pastel Studios are final. Plushie Pastel Studios does not offer refunds to any premade items.

• Must be 18 or at least 13 with parent/guardian permission in order to commission a suit from Plushie Pastel Studios. I will ask for ID.

• MAKE SURE YOU ARE 110% SERIOUS ABOUT COMMISSIONING PLUSHIE PASTEL STUDIOS. You may cancel your commission at any time BUT KEEP IN MIND THAT THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE. I use the deposit to buy materials and refunding it would cause me to pay out of pocket. Canceling doesn't entitle you to any portion of work or materials. This means you won't get the unfinished suit or any materials bought. If you so choose to cancel anyway, I reserve the right to alter or sell the suit outright as a premade.  

• To obtain a slot, you must pay a $200 non refundable deposit fee (It will be a smaller deposit for commissions other than mini partials). This must be paid in USD through WIX. The remaining amount must be paid after completion of your order. You can cancel your order until completion if you are not happy with the final result. After final payment, there are NO REFUNDS.  

• Please make sure you are pleased with your character's design before commissioning me! Ref sheet preferably colored and include a 2-3 view of your character. I can deny any changes you make to the design afterwards. AI ref sheets are subject to immediate rejection. Ref sheets do not need to be beautiful, just clear and legible.

• Pictures of certain types of yarn and colors are strongly encouraged but not mandatory. They can help me provide you with color pallets/ textures that you deem acceptable. Certain brands/ materials my result in an upcharge due to the more costly material.

• Parents/guardians must make sure their child is responsible enough to take proper care of their fursuit.

• Suits will not be shipped until full payment is received.

• ​Buyer pays shipping. Quotes are ONLY for the suit ITSELF. It does NOT include shipping.

• I am not liable for any damage caused to the suit during shipping nor am I liable for any lost/stolen ones.

• ​ Yarn/ fabric boards will be provided for color matching. Washing/ Care instructions will be provided. Custom PPS ear tags will be provided with premade mini partials and commissions along with a letter of authenticity.  

• Please be available to answer any questions I may have while working on your suit. I’m not expecting an instant response but please don't make me wait for days on end. If you are super busy/on vacation/with family, please let me know ahead of time so I can ask any questions I may have. ​​If the buyer fails to respond to contact attempts for 3 weeks, the commission will be automatically cancelled, and no refund will be given. 

• Any requests from you to receive updates/questions must be responded to by me withing 3 weeks. I must let you know of any circumstances that would make me unable to respond for longer periods of time. No response from me with no notification over 3 weeks will result in a COMPLETE REFUND to you. Unfinished work will remain with me.

• I am a one-person business. I will try my best to get your suit out to you as soon as possible but please do not nag, harass, or rush me. Knit and crochet take time!  I will try to send updates at least once a week and upon request. 

• I can deny rude clients.

• I hold the right to use any photos or videos I've taken of your suit for promotional purposes.

• You reserve the right to make any modifications to your commission after receiving it. You hold all character rights.

• I can cancel a commission at any time for any reason. If the reason is at no fault of your own, you will receive a complete refund. Unfinished work will remain with me unless stated otherwise.

• Keep yourself safe! Please only use payments from Plushie Pastel Studios through my WIX website www.plushiepastelstudios.com.

• All valid platforms are listed below (or on this linktree).  Preferred communications are listed with them. ANY other platforms not listed below are scams or impersonators.
